Yeah, I got lucky for sure: I tried the first time, timed out. Second time I was able to get the info and send the email. There will be other chances to get in the beta, so people who didn't get in may have better luck next time (they haven't said when yet).

I guess the other thread was created to inform/alert people about the beta yesterday. I thought we couldn't have many threads about a game, but since Liver&Onions hasn't merged them yet (he's posted on both) he must have a reason.

Well, I never played COD2 or 3...but I have a feeling that I'd be joining you SOBs in some COD4 when it's released based on the beta so far. I can't say anything about it, but I can say i'm enjoying it.
