Spider-Man 3
I'm surprised there's been no love for this game on the forum. I'm eagerly anticipating it for the 360. Apart from the repetitive missions, I really enjoyed Spider-Man 2 and it sounds like the developers took those criticisms to heart. Swinging around New York in hi-def? Hell yeah! Who else is looking forward to it?

I was a really big fan of the 2nd one and can't wait to see what they did with this one. The PS3 Special Edition is gonna have Goblin as a playable character, but i'm picking up the 360 one so that news pisses me off. Also if you buy it at Best Buy you get a free ticket to see the movie.

Sounds like multi-console owners who are really into Spidey can buy this twice. The Wii version is a completely different game than the PS2/360 versions (and, naturally, uses the Wii/Nunchuk for webslinging).

I'll be buying the PS3 collector's edition. Flying around as the GG hailing pumpkin bombs at people sounds like too much fun.

I absolutely loved Spider-man 2. One of my favorite games from the last generation, mostly because they really put a lot of effort into making it fun just to swing through the city, even if you weren't on a mission and just messing around. The mechanics just worked perfectly and pulled you into the experience. Money's a little tight right now, so I'll just be renting the 360 version (for the nerd points). I might rent the Wii version too if the reviews are good enough, just to mess around with the unique controls. If I enjoy either version enough, I'll pick it up later on once the prices drop.

I'm all over the Wii version. It should be a ton of fun.

And if there's any other DLC, it'll be easier to get and will probably come out first on the 360.

I'm really looking forward to it. I have the first two games, and liked the first and really liked the second. I remember having a bunch of fun playing the sequel three years ago. I have all three platforms and I'm probably gonna get the PS3 for the exclusive content, but don't know for sure yet. Will probably wait for reviews to decide which one to get...
I wonder who Bruce Campbell will be playing in the game???

I have all three systems and I will be buying it for PS3 to get the extra content right away. I'm not too concerned about acheivements and the videos of the Wii version I've seen don't seem too appealing to me.

Also, don't forget New Goblin is only available on the collector's edition of SM3 on the PS3, which means $70.

I don't think that's really worth spending the extra $10 to get the New Goblin. But I'm sure I'll be buying it the first day it shows up on XBL. I think it's better for us 360ers to have a choice.
