Can an American PSP play all PSP games from Europe and Japan?
Can an American PSP play all PSP games from Europe and Japan? And vice versa? I do know for sure that UMD movies are Region-Encoded, meaning that I can't play European and Japanese UMDs on my American PSP.
But my main confusion is over the games...can anyone help?

yup, all portables to this point have been region free. So import those GBA, DS, and PSP games.

You can't play UMDs from other reigons, but games are no problems.
