Alright, I've got $15 in combination of coupons and Best Buy bucks to spend on a DS game. I say DS game because I just recently bought Guitar Hero II and don't see myself playing anything on the Wii or the 360 for a while (especially since I still have a lot of older games to go through).

But my DS has been very quiet for a while. The last game I got for it was Yoshi's Island 2. So, here's my question, what recent/new game should I get?

My only requirement is that the game is good and gives me a lot of replay value. I prefer games that I can play for 10-15 minutes at a time and not one where I need to commit a long time.

Here's what I was thinking of:

Hotel Dusk
Lunar Knights
Puzzle Quest

I'm leaning towards Puzzle Quest because I really enjoyed the demo. Any thoughts or anything I may have missed? Keep in mind this game has to be available at Best Buy so suggestions like Daigaso Brothers won't be very useful.

I'm a little confused... are you fishing for a $20 title or are you going to spend some extra $$$ and get a $30 release?

If so, I'd suggest Clubhouse Games (that's not on your list). It's got a lot of variety and wifi to boot.

But I'd also back Puzzle Quest... since that what I'm hoping to get for my birthday!

I don't want to spend much more than $20 of my own money. Since there's no excellent $40 360 or Wii titles (that I don't have) I want to get a DS game. So basically any game with an MSRP of $40 or less I'm game for.

I want Clubhouse Games. But Hotel Dusk is really good as well and you can save anywhere which allows you to play in quick spurts -- it's just that it can easily drag you in for much longer.

Agreed but it also has a big drawback. If you let it sit too long without getting back into it you can easily forget what you were doing.

See, that's why I recommended Clubhouse Games. Even some of the action-adventure games (Castlevania) can be hard to get back into after a long layoff.

Puzzle Quest, that game is so addictive.

Hotel Dusk should be thrown out because it has no replay value.

Clubhouse games is good and it has online multiplayer.

Puzzle Quest is a great single player experience and you can easily pick it up and do a battle or two in 10-15 minutes.

I can't recommend Puzzle Quest enough. Great in bursts, interesting for long sessions, and very very addictive. Plus you can let it sit for a month and pop right back into the game without being lost.

Another vote for Puzzle Quest. Clubhouse Games is fun but I don't find myself getting the urge to play it very often. I'm about 2/3 of the way through Lunar Knights and honestly pretty underwhelmed by it. I enjoyed Boktai, but I'm finding Lunar Knights fairly boring by comparison. Puzzle Quest is a novel game, and each battle only takes a few minutes, so you can play it in short bursts.
