I have been trying but can't even get to an actual page it's just a white screen but when I check that rewards site my name shows up. Or is that just a fluke and everyones name is on there?

Well, this sucks. I'm at home with The Godfather and Viva Pinata (I think I've got 400 of those already) as my only 360 games that I haven't gotten the achievements on (other than GoW, which would take forever). What's that, you say? Go rent some games? Ha! Not in a blizzard, which is what I'm currently in, according to the news.

I landed 110 off of Arcade games last night that I hadn't done. 1390 to go!

EDIT: 260 of 1000 on Viva Pinata.

Just nabbed 1000 points on NBA 2K6. I went to rent it this morning, but they couldn't fnid their rental copy. They had a pre-owned one for $9.99, a whopping 2 bucks more than the rental, so I went ahead and picked that up. Currently simming through Madden 07 to pick up the last 500 points. It looks like I'll be in good standing for the Level 3 prizes if I can get this done today.

Ok, I have to ask... What's the ARV of the prizes? Is it worth spending $8 or $10 or more to accomplish this task?

Are people also doing this to up their "level" for future reward challenges?

Unfortunately, I think that your initial point count is taken when you join the challenge, so your 590 points don't count towards the 1500.

Fusion Frenzy 2 is $50, Contra is $5, the 200 MS Points is about $2.50, and the bombastic shirt goes for $10. So, $67.50 of prizes at the top level.

This is the main reason I wanted to get to the level 3. The game's actually not that bad, as I generally like the 2K sports games a lot more than the EA stuff.

Well that does it right there! I didn't realize this. Everything else seemed to be about a wash, financially. Thanks for the info.

What the hell! I looked myself up on the MyGamerCard thing and it says I'm only a Level 2, even though I had 10,000+ before I entered (granted I didn't have 10,000 at the start of the day), and it only says I'm at +575 now, even though I've gotten 1260 so far today (1000 for NBA 2K6 and 260 so far in Madden 07).

I hope it's just that MyGamerCard isn't correct or isn't updating fast enough, as I can't get into the XBox Rewards thing to check my stats through there.

A sidebar from the current gamerscore fever:

I'm upgrading to Vista Home Premium this week. Anyone interested in seeing a little writeup on the 360's integration with Vista? Basically a rundown of the features and capabilities, perhaps a look at any 360 related sidebar gadgets as well.

I sure would be interested. I am interested in just what integration they have and plan on launching in the future.

I'm also interested, I plan on setting up a new PC with my tax refund and was looking at putting Home Premium on it. I would like to know what level of crossplatform intergration there is. Currently with XP I can stream .wmv and music/pictures through my Zune software.

Well, I've got my 1500 now, according to MGC.. It still says I'm a Level 2 though, which is kind of confusing. Now I just have to see if I can get into the rewards site to claim my prizes. Ugh!

EDIT: This crap is so whack.. I just checked my gamercard, and I've only racked up 1425 since signing up, yet MGC says I have +1500. I'm not so worried about their Level 2 thing on me now, since their stats are obviously fubared.

Just checked the site. Looks like a 3 month wait for prizes. I don't get that. You start the promotion, you have prizes packed ready to roll. Somebody wins, you ship it. Maybe I'm missing something.

Are the digital prizes at least applied to your account promptly?

Nope. Looks like they will email out a 25 digit code to redeem on the marketplace. There is no time frame given for those.

Absolutely. I've had Vista, and haven't seen the integration features (and the gamercard gadgets that users have created for the 360 are horrible)...would like to know how to make better use of this.

Damnit. I've got enough points to complete the challenge, but the site is giving me an error so I can't go to the page where I click completed challenge.

Every page related to this contest is messed up at the moment. Try this link, though - it worked for me even when the main xbox.com/rewards page wouldn't load:

http://xboxrewards.msgamestudios.com...tail.aspx?id=4

It's surprising that MS would be so unprepared for this contest.

Thanks UncleGramps, but I was finally able to log in and get to the challenge page. I checked the rewards page and it looks like I won all 5 rewards. I really thought that by the time I woke up today, and went to Blockbuster to get a game, the rewards would've been gone by now.

I think the site issues are keeping a lot of people from registering for the challenge and from completing it.

I'm at my rewards page, and it tells me to confirm my address for the shirt and Fusion Frenzy rewards, but the "Confirm" button just brings me to a page that displays my registration info. I click the submit button on that page and it says it's successful, but the Confirm button is still active on the rewards page. I guess it doesn't matter since they apparently aren't sending the rewards for another 2 months, but I hope they can get their act together soon and fix the site.

How easy are the achievements for Phantasy Star Online? I see there's only 8...are they all attainable without playing the game online? Gamefly's sending me that next, since the first 15+ games on my list apparently aren't available.

I try to include the amount of time required for achievements in the majority of my 360 reviews. That particular set takes a little under 18 hours to knock out by just playing through the single player game. 40% of the points are awarded for the final boss.
