Wario Ware : Smooth Moves (Wii)
It will be on the shelves before we know it. Is anyone else picking up this title, or know what games are included in the final release?

I have a ton of credit at Best Buy, and this is the title for which I've been waiting! I need a party game. Doubt the price will go down anytime soon - in fact it will probably advertise as ON SALE at $49.99. So a gamer gift card should knock it down a little. Now I just need to find some nunchuks!

if this title is anything like its predeccesors, it should be amazing IF the competition is there. If its just you trying to beat your own records, it can lose its appeal pretty quickly

Any reason why we don't have this game listed in any of the ads for next week? EBGames and Gamestop still list it as next week.

Well, I was fortunate enough to get my hands on Twisted yesterday($20), I'd been looking for a while, apparently it is out of print. Never played it before or any of the Wario games for that matter.
I've noticed that pretty much everyone regards this as the best in the series so far and I'm a little underwhelmed with it. It's fun, but I don't get all the praise. I've gone through maybe 6 of the characters sets of microgames so far. I guess I am more of a "mini" game person vs. a "micro" game person. They just seem too simplistic. I much prefer minigames. Then again, maybe it gets better the further I go along.
It's decent, but I think it helped sealed my decision on Smooth Moves. I will be passing until I can get it for under $20. I do think a title like this has huge potential for the new consumers to gaming vs. the hardcore gamer. I think this is will probably be one of those "right title at the right time" type games and will be pefect for new gamers who bought their Wii for WiiSports.

The problem with the GBA versions, imo, is the restriction to single player. The Cube version was an absolute blast with many people. The party mode with up to 12 or 16 players was great. You had about 2-3 seconds to get the controller from the last player or else you might not be prepared for the game.
I'm expecting the Wii version to be similar and it'll offer something far beyond Twisted. The single player aspect of WW has always been light (see the above 3-hour review), but the replay comes from the multiplayer.
Still, I would agree that it needs to be a budget title, but I'll probably be getting it with that $10 off coupon as well.
