No Wii's at the Burbank, CA Toys R Us store at lunchtime. They said they didn't get any in as of that time. But they had nunchucks and the remote in stock for those in the area that might need some.

Does anyone know if toysrus is definitly confirmed to get the wii tomorow or more specifically if toysrus in NY are getting them. The reason I ask is I'm not sure if I should be there at 3am or if I can just go at opening.

Speaking of Wiis in NYC, anyone know if Bestbuy is getting them? The TRU in times square is insane.

Consoles are usually bought and sold at almost the same price by corps; Wii is most profitable but nets like $12 a unit. Games are a bit more profitable, usually netting around $10 (which is smaller than the Wii's profit, but costs them less to buy), and accessories get the most (I'm guessing like 30-40%?). So bundles ensure that someone is buying the more profitable items from the same retailer.

both the 20GB and the 60GB "bundles" are back available at circuitcity.com as of 10:20 AM EST. You can remove everything but the games from the bundle to cut down the price. They had them yesterday as well and they lasted (i believe) for about an hour.

Playstation 3 console (20GB)
Wireless controller
Memory card adapter
Call of Duty 3

Playstation 3 console (60GB)
Wireless controller
NBA 07

I went to BB this morning because of wiiseeker info. I have a buddy that works there so he logged into the computer and checked out the status of the next shipments of Wii's. The Wii's showed up in the computer that most stores were either getting 27 or 14(for those of you in AZ....Superstition and Fiesta are both getting 27 but I didnt look at chandler or any others but most others said 14). The expected arrival date for the shipment was the Dec 27th, he also told me while I was there that they were expecting ps3s on the 29th. So most likely no more for XMAS, but he did say that they could get in early and they'd sell them once they were delivered since they're not in the ad this week.

Anybody want a 60gb PS3 at cost + s/h? The only caveat I would make is that if you want to pay via PayPal you offset the deduction that PayPal would take. I'm not up for paying for you to buy it if you can understand where I'm coming from.

The local Best Buy had a ton of Wii Accessories today. Picked up another wiimote and nunchuck for the system. Now all I need is to buy some games!

I was at Best Buy on Colonial Dr. in Orlando by the Fashion Square Mall about 10 minutes ago and they were unloading a bunch of PS3 60 gig versions if anyone's interested.

The EB Games next to my store just got some Wii's in today. They only got 3 and they were gone in about 30 seconds. People were camped in the store waiting on the chance that some would come in. Crazy.

so much for the "I'll wait until the week before Christmas to sell on eBay - they'll be so scarce then that all of the panicking moms will bring the prices back up" theory.

Best Buy on the Outer Loop in Louisville, KY had nine 60 GB PS3's. The guy standing there said they have been sitting there all day and no one was buying them. They were thinking about making announcements over the intercom to try and sell them.

Yep it was a gamble that you had to make, it didn't work out quite as planned. If you didnt know it was a gamble then you should of never bought a ps3 in the first place, I knew I was taking a chance holding out till xmas in hopes to gain some money.
