What about an additional column to denote people that have an XBox One?

I agree with that. I can make the changes to the google doc, but don't want to jump the gun until more people weigh in. It looks like it's been set up so no one officially manages it, so going and changing the format might piss some people off.

10 bucks to change it? What if I've never selected one before..this is the one that was pre-generated?

If you accepted it, its your GamerTag. The system will randomly generate one and if you don't like it, you can have it continue to generate names or input your own. Once you accept it, that is your gamertag and it cannot be changed without paying MS $10 to change it.

Yeah, it's kind of bullshit. When I created a new Live account on my phone (with an email I hadn't used before), it generated a random string of numbers as my GamerTag. I was allowed to change it once without paying the fee, but never bothered, as I just logged out and logged into my real Live account. But as Canis said, if you accepted anything beyond a random string of numbers, then yeah... you have to pay $10 to change it again. That's still better than not ever being able to change it, in my opinion.

I would imagine that it'll be around for quite some time. They've said at least three years, but I don't know if that means that's how long they'll keep building consoles or how long they'll support Live on the system.

My games played list includes DOA4, Halo 2, PD0, NBA2K6, GRAW, and Burnout Revenge...just slightly out of date. I actually had to think for a minute as to what GRAW was.


Other than Halo, My main multiplayer game of choice is COD. If anyone plans on picking up a XB One next week feel free to add me. I'm on quite a few nights a week.
