Wouldn't it be easier for you to set your celebrity Miis to just mingle? That way they show up in the Mii Parade but not the Mii Plaza. They can always be moved to the Mii Plaza if needed.

BTW, I created Brian Peppers today. Not sure if it's been done before (I'm sure it has somewhere) but there you go.
