So I finally got my replacement Wii today (if you wanna read the story see the main Wii thread). Anyway, my memory was lost along with all my Miis. When I went into the address book, it let me add an external internet email address, but i can't send to it unless/until both parties "register" it. Anyone know how that works?

Ok. I haven't participated yet and had a few questions. What's the purpose of trading codes? I imagine in the future it can be used for online play. Right now, I'd guess it's just the Mii Mingling and trading photos?
