yes it can. I still can't buy a wii and could have if radioshack didn't charge me.

How about I run into their store take everything and in ten days give it back. Can't hurt anything right?

I think most auths drop off in 2-3 business days. Hopefully yours does soon. I think it depends on the bank.

Either way that sucks.
