A warning for those using wired controllers while on the treadmill. In the wintertime I would get AMAZING shocks while using the original Xbox on the treadmill. I finally hooked up an antistatic wrist thingy which worked fine but was a PITA.

When I went to the 360 with the wireless the probelm went away.

FWIW-I use it on a program that goes in 10 minutes intervals like this:

4MPH
4.5
4.1
4.6
4.2
4.7
4.3
4.8
4.5
5MPH

The staggered program really kicked the weight loss in for me when I started it about 4 years ago and I've stuck with it since.

I use "4" as the incline, whatever that means.

4.8 and 5 MPH are pretty difficult, especially for FPS (and even moreso online). Madden isn't bad at any speed though.

I do use my son's DS on the treadmill when we go on vacation and that works pretty well too for the same speeds. It's nice to be reminded once or twice a year how much fun that damn Mario stuff is.
