This time I was able to find quite a bit. Picked up Ultimate Spiderman and Trace Memory for DS. And Kirby x2, Harvest Moon, and Yoshi for GBA. Unfortunately not much GC stuff. I was thinking about HalfLife 2 but noticed that it is only $20 now so decided not to pick it up. There were many others available that I saw that I didn't pick up.
Any question on which games are good trade in fodder for either EB or gamerush?
And FFIV is NOT part of this sale. Please remove from the list. I was hoping to buy it and return it when I bought it for $22 a couple weeks ago but it rang up $30.

Even if the original Xbox version of HL2 works better now, it will utterly pale in comparison to the native 360 version, which can really use the Source engine to its fullest extent. Plus live multiplayer is going to rock.

Well, it's a bigger problem than multiplayer. It was kind of crazy to try to bring HL2 to the original Xbox. It's such an advanced program that to bring it to the Xbox, they had to cut out a lot of what people enjoyed in the computer version, and really stunted the experience, in my opinion.

I purchased FFIV for the GBA for $8.96 today so it was scanning on sale this morning. Not sure why it is no longer scanning.

Maybe that store did not accept some price change download?

Originally Half Life 2 emulation on the 360 was buggy, but I have read on the HL2 forums that the update that added Black to the BC list fixed the HL2 emulation as well. I don't know for sure though as I own the PC version and have never played the console version.
The 360 version of Half Life 2 is just a rumor. It has never been confirmed. If you go to those EBGames and Gamestop links in the link above, you will see that those pages have since then been removed.
My guess is that the HL2 expansions will be released on the 360 as a trilogy set once the PC versions have all been released. The original HL2 game may or may not also be included, but I think it will be. The Xbox version was extremely "edited" to fit within the Xbox technical specs. The 360 can handle the full PC original, so my guess is that the 360 will see the "unedited" HL2 with all three expansions for $60 by the end of next year.

My brother in law found NBA Street for me in Austin yesterday, but they were wiped out of the GBA and DS titles. Some guy had just bought 80 titles right before he got there and wiped them out.

I was lucky to pick up Yoshi Topsy Turvy, Tony Hawk's American Wasteland CE, and Curse of Darkness.
If anyone is looking for Curse of darkness (PS2), my store had a bunch in a glass case that was kind of out of the way.

I hit up 3 stores near me and got 3 games:
Donkey Kong: King of Swing
Mario Golf: Advance Tour
F-Zero: GP Legend ($6.96)
I didn't see F-Zero on the list but they had several copies. If you're a fan of the original version on Super Nintendo this is a great purchase (especially if you don't have F-Zero: Maximum Velocity on GameBoy Advance). Would have liked to have gotten Mario Pinball, Mario Party Advance and Advance Wars but I'm pretty happy with my purchases. Thanks for the heads up.
Edit: No, "advance" isn't my favorite word of all time.

I went back this morning and picked up three DS games: Polarium, Ultimate Spiderman DS, and Texas Hold 'Em DS.
For you San Antonio/San Marcos/Austin folks, the guy at the store said that the New Braunfels store has almost every title at their store. It's one of the least visited CCs in the area. Just a heads up.
If anyone can find a Donkey Kong: King of Swing (GBA) or Pokémon Ruby or Sapphire (GBA), let me know and I'll kindly flex my PayPal muscles.

I'm bored and I'm trying to find any excuse not to patch some broken sheet rock so I will probably run up to New Braunfels and take a look. If I find any of those I will grab them for you.

Donkey Kong as I was looking for that one too.
Unfortunately when I revisited the CC closest to me today for the 2nd time to look for some of your requests, they had gone through them all and dumped everything in a large bin. Looks like they had gotten picked thru pretty good in the short time between my visits as well.
I emailed the guys that I have found stuff for so far.

Dig Dug Digging Strike

Mario Pinball Land
Super Monkey Ball DX
Haunting Ground
We Love Katamari (last copy)

Anyone know if the collectors edition of True Crime NYC is ringing up at the clearance price too or just the regular version?

From: Just Outside The Windy City...
Anyone have Advance Wars, Trace Memory and Sword of Mana in their area still? I'd really appreciate it if you can pick up a copy for me - I have PayPal ready. Thanks!

The idiots at my CC...
I called to make sure they had the titles in stock that I wanted (NBA 2K6 and Burnout Revenge, both for XBox). They said they did, they had four in stock of each. I asked if they could hold them, they said they weren't allowed to.
When I got there, there were none on the shelf. I asked one of the employees to look in the back for them, and there were none anywhere, apparently. Maybe he meant the 360 versions.
Pissed me off. A whole trip for nothing.
