yea, i was reading some news and it seems SOME updates have been implementing but not all the 125 updates have been included yet. ex: like the DVD player improvements. but the marketplace was updated first. it seems MS is slowly updating the dashboard instead of doing it in one update so expect more updates later today

What in the world are you talking about? The update was released at 2 a.m. PST today and all the improvements are in the one update. They aren't releasing everything seperately.

Anyway, we have been talking about it over here since last night.

really? that's odd. the engadget site said they only received some of the updates. mayeb it's cuz their Live crashed on them a few times. i'll check again when i get out of work. my work firewall blocked my access to game sites.

You need to change your TV settings, not blame the 360. All DVD players do that, as far as I know.

And the update was 2am PST, not 2pm.

Yeah, it sounds like a TV setting. My 360 doesn't stretch 4:3 images on my TV.
