I heard there's just a fine, and most of the companies chose to pay it. Something small like $5000.

Sorry, I wasn't willing to wait 2-3 hours in line just to see the Wii. I'm not a Nintendo fan at all. If it wasn't for Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, and Resident Evil 0 + 1, I wouldn't have bought my GameCube.

Man, you should look at my friends pictures. His are almost identical to yours with all the booth girls. By the end of E3 I just wanted to play some games instead of taking his picture with all the booth girls (twice in some cases).
