Rampage: Total Destruction

Anyone play this yet? For $20, I was hoping for something my friends and I could pop in on occasion when we game. We usually aren't too picky, as long as there is fun to be had. But, the review for Total Destruction have been fairly negative. I am just curious if anyone has had a chance to play, and if this would be worthwhile for 2 to 4 people to get some kicks out of?

I did not realize this was out, looks interesting. When I was growing up I spent countless quarters on the original. The old version on the midway classics disc is still fun to play.

Total Destruction includes Rampage and World Tour as bonuses as well.

From what I've heard all the modern Rampage games are about on par with the original.. which means they suck but are definitely entertaining with a friend or two for short spurts. $20 seems like a great price and it has the old versions on it. Did the reviews mention anything negative in comparison to previous installments?
