Ive been trying to get to these sites for a while but theyre not working. Is something wrong on my end or have they rid of these sites? Why?

Just you, dude. Your ISP's domain name server could be screwed up.

Great, just great. How can this happen? It seems to be messing up alot of the game sites I go to. Everything else is fine.

Is this able to be fixed on my end or do I have to call my stupid ISP?

If their DNS is hosed, there's not much you'll be able to do besides alert them to the problem. From there, it's all internal routing they'll have to muck about with. But it's worth a call.

One thing to do is open the command prompt (Start - Run - type "cmd" and hit ENTER) in Windows, and type "tracert www.gamefaqs.com" (w/out quotes) and see if you get a complete trace, or if it says it can't reach that site. Try this with the other sites you're having problems with.

If you're getting failed attempts using tracert, a quick tip before you call your isp -
open the command prompt, then type "tracert www.gamefaqs.com | \temp\trace.txt" and hit enter

This will create a text file in your c:\temp directory. If you open the text file, you'll see the trace it did. You can then email this to your ISP's support and that should help them pinpoint the problem.
