PSP Ghosting?

Do all PSPs have the ghosting problem? Or are some much worse than others? Mine seems to be terrible and I'm debating whether to exchange it or just return it. It also has three glaring stuck pixels.

On GTA its terrible when you are the main character running around, seems to be better when in a vehicle.

On the Sampler Disc the trailers are almost unwatchable because of how bad it is. Seems like red ghosts are following everyone everywhere.

I see ghosting in GTA on foot. No problems at all with X-Men II or Burnout for me.

Its on a game by game basis. GTA:LCS is pretty bad with ghosting.

So is it like this on all PSPs? When running around with the main character in GTA he leaves yellow and red ghosting trails everywhere. It's really distracting. Its beyond ridiculous in indoor environments. Its just like one huge blur.

It's not ghosting, and it's not PSP hardware related. GTA:LCS is built off of GTA 3, and GTA 3 had that same effect. It's more noticable on the PSP because the screen is so sharp.

On the home console versions you could turn that off (I always did). Maybe you can do the same on the PSP version?

Yeah, I just bought Burnout and I'm much more impressed. Clear and crisp with absolutely no ghosting at all. Don't get me wrong, the graphics for GTA are great on the PSP but that ghosting is a tad ridiculous.

Is this more of a Rockstar being lazy issue and not completely developing a GTA specifically for the PSP?

Oh also, what about movies? Are the trailers (which Ghost a lot) on the Sample Disc just crappy quality? Do full version UMD movies run better?
