Something is different because I've been on everynight and haven't seen you and yes I'm still carrying your sombrero with me. Forgive my ignorance but what is "gamefuel?"

MARTIN5 is Alive!! lol

Gamefuel is a bandwidth management system that the new d-link routers have that ensure that gaming gets the most priority in your network, but there have been a few instances when it hasn't worked to my advantage, so I have to figure out why and write a rule for the routing.

anyhow that sucks about the kitty, I feel bad now, my gates have been open for a couple hours per night since Monday. Thanks for carrying the sombrero around with you. I'll figure this out tonight and hopefully I'll get to see you.

Oh, I see, thanks for educating me. I hope you can troubleshoot it soon. Don't worry about the kitty, she'll show up again, I'm sure. I'm glad you're still with us.

On another note, I'm all paid up with house mortgage, Yeah!!! and as of today I've acquired 14 animal pictures, well 15 total, but I inadvertently sold one to Tom Nook when I first started playing.

I fell asleep and I think my battery ran out!!! LOL

OK. Turns out I have allof the paintings except for one: The Common one (how ironic).

I will still keep trying and let me know if you need any of the paintings as well. I want to see your digs. :-)

Thanks for your guys' sympathy. The vast majority of you are extremely cool, and have been so very helpful. It sucks that there's people out there like Zelda/Joe/Whatever who use try and use other people's kind nature to prey upon them.

I'd also recommend being very careful about adding New Members to your friend list. Especially if they only have a handful of posts, immediately ask to be added to your list, and say they have everyone else added to theirs.

I'm still absolutely pissed about this. I'm pissed at BOTH parties involved - IF it even was two people to begin with. JoeChill: You're just as much to blame as your thieving sister for allowing her to use your username. But that's a very big "IF", as far as there being two different people. It would be very convenient for someone like this to say "Oh, I didn't do it. My sister did." when we have no proof.

I'm not giving you the benefit of the doubt, as far as being an inexperienced player or any bullshit like that. Because I see right through your little ruse. Playing ignorant doesn't work with me. I'm not a fucking idiot. I might have had some doubt it this person had thanked me, or even said one God damn word. But he/she/it took the paintings and ran. And the fact that I'm not the only one who's been victimized only solidifies my suspicions that this was nothiing less than blatant theft.

I only hope that my negative experience (along with aliciaelena and CreatureX) alerted you guys to this threat, so you could remove them before they got a chance to rip you off, like they did to us.

Zelda entered as a female AC character. I asked her username and she replied "joechill." That confused me a bit, since obviously that's a guy's name. So I said "I'm a little confused here... Are you a guy?" and she replied "No."

So I said "Okay... I'm still confused with that username."

She replied "It's my brother's account."

I'm pretty sure that it's supposed to be one person per DVDTalk account. I don't have any proof other than their own admission that it's two people. But I'll let the mods decide about that.

Hey there! I'm actually around right now, and I'll open up my gates in about five minutes. I'll order that Common painting for you. Along with the regal stuff, how's about I let you add almost all my stuff to your catalog? It'll take a little time to do so, but it might be worth it.

aliciaelena: I'll order you a Scary Painting as well. Don't worry if you're able to get one from someone else before I get it to ya. I'll just have it for you, so you have that option of getting it from me if you'd like! And I'm sorry you had to go through that crap with Zelda, too. It makes you wanna go into her town and cut down all her trees, doesn't it? I wish someone would. I really, really do.

Edit: Well, I just checked something, and I realized that Zelda actually stole SIX paintings from me, instead of the five I reported earlier.

She stole:
Quaint
Basic
Perfect
Flowery
Scary
Opulent

But left me with:
Lovely
Moving
Worthy
Warm
Dainty
Calm

I got two more paintings in my catalog that I just ordered, thanks to CreatureX (who was really cool to me last night. He restored my faith a bit after it was shattered by Zelda. )

Those paintings are:
Fine
Amazing

EDIT: Ack. I don't have the Common Painting, so I can't order that for ya, HotThang. Sorry to get your hopes up. I confused it with the Basic Painting. But my gates will still be opening in just a few minutes.

Some of the sites say it may be a firewall thing. Hmm... I'll try to do something on my end and seewhat happens.

You got the email? I'll check my account in a minute.

How about you open your gates, and I'll try and come over? Maybe if that works, then maybe you can get into my town. I am determined to make this work today. We *will* meet up today. I think we can, I think we can, I think we can...

My town will be open in an hour or two if anyone wants to come visit, I just need to make sure my rules are correct on my router and It'll be open. If I don't respond right away please give me a minute or two as I'll probably be playing on Live as well, hopefully I'll see you within a couple minutes so we can chat/trade I have quite a bit of weeding to do as well cause I've paid minimal attention to the goings on in my town over the past 5-6 days.

Yeah, we can try when he's open.

And yes, I got the dreaded "For some curious reason..."

I was thinking about starting up my Fiance's DS, opening his gates, and maybe having us meet there. What do ya think of that?

Here are his stats, in case you wanna give that a shot.

Okay, it's open. I just hope I'm able to enter his town if you are, because the last time I tried to connect our games through the wi-fi instead of DS-to-DS my town wouldn't even show up on his list. Worst case scenario, I'll go get my stuff from my town with his character, and give it to you with him.

Edit: Oh shit, I realized why it didn't work before! I'm not on his Friend List. Well, I just added myself, so that should all work well now!

**smacks self in the forehead**

I was too fixated on the fact that I wasn't on his friends list that I forgot to check and see if you were.

Okay, I just added you to his list, and I'm ready for ya. I can't friggin' believe that.... I'm so sorry, Sam.

LOL!!!! No worries! Well... I am getting the same error :-( :-(

I'll still keep the stuff for ya. No problem at all. It is just tucked away in my classic wardrobe. :-)

Unfortunately, I am heading out of town and won't be back until Sunday morning. Maybe the problem will fix itself by then. I'll look for you when I get back for sure.

I'm there! I'll bring some gifts and stuff for your catalog! I have one thing I know you'll love, if you don't already have it.

And Hot Thang: In case you can't make it there for some reason but read this before you go, that's quite alright. I'll hold on to the regal chair until then. Hell, I've been holding on to it for this long.

Could someone please post the information for the "For some curious reason..." message <86420> please? That seems to be the most popular one we've been getting.

BTW: Sdcrym: I still have a Regal chair for you. I've posted this a few times, but you haven't replied to me. So if you don't reply to this, I'm going to assume you don't want it, and sell it or give it to someone else. Sorry, I just need the space in my pocket. (I've been holding them in the envelopes as presents.)

Hey now! I ordered a Flowery painting for you to as a kind Thursday gesture to help you feel better (especially since you just got over from being sick) . Afterall, my painting collection wouldn't as big as it is if I didn't catalog from your place.

evening turnips are 152 at my place, unfortunatley I partied a little too hard last saturday and woke up late too late on sunday to buy turnips.

My gates are open if anyone wants to check out my town. There's nothing laying around to pick up/drop but I'd be glad to order anything. My house is complete with Nintendo arcade wing, plus I've got a few Nintendo designs posted in the Able sisters.
