Wow, I saw COD 2 running on a little LCD and thought it looked great, and apparently thats not even HD or anything? Perhaps im just more easily impressed than others.

1. Not everyone who works at BB is an idiot.
2. I can't change the cable yet...the system they set up is a <b>core</b> system which comes with...yes, composite cables. As of now, we still haven't gotten in the accessories for the system, so even if I wanted to change them, I can't. We got our systems in store today, so when we set them up on our Test Drives, we'll have them on components. I could care less about the crappy Samsung monitor hanging off of an endcap when we have two plasmas that'll be hooked up with components.

I went to target the other day, and just by chance i noticed that they had an xbox kiosk. I tried to turn away, and walk away from it, but - . . . i couldnt help it.

The thing that I liked the most was the controller - i have never felt a more perfect console controller ever. It is sleek, smooth, and feels like they finally got it just right. It fits perfectly and effortlessly into your hand.

The box is just downright beautiful. In fact i have come to call it - sexBox. Because it is sexy! I cant really put my finger on why it looks so nice, maybe its just the new factor, or wow factor - but it makes the old one look like a big ugly black box. This one has that futurisic ipod, or imac look to it. Lots of nice curves and shape.

They had kameo running on the demo - It looked like a lot of fun, but i just couldnt get that much out of it from a 22 " screen. It was hardly what i would call hi-def, i just dont think they had it set up right. To be honest, if they had the xbox360 labels covered up, etc., it would easily pass for an ordinary xbox or pS2 game. It was nice looking,but my jaw didnt drop down or anyhting. I am used to high-end PC games playing at 1600 x 1200, like HL2, Fear, and DoomIII - so its kind of hard to top that. I definately would not have been persuaded to buy the system from the demo they had running - I only want one becuase of all the screen shots ive seen on the net.

But the controller is absolutely perfect - they nailed it dead on.
