1 PM EST doesn't work for me, and if it's noon I won't be able to make prompt rulings. So it's either 11 AM EST or 2 PM EST; let me know what preferable.

Only the good ones. All of my top SNES RPGs are gone. I think this will be much harder for me than the music draft.

At first I was going to rule it an expansion pack, but then it's for a different system so it isn't. But the hook of the game is 2 versions of OoT, and since you're not clearly supposed to play one or the other I'm going to rule it ineligible.
