I don't think so. That was a fun game, but I don't think it'd be that great for this contest.

I think I'm gonna choose The Punisher and Airwolf.

Yes, you are correct.

I already picked two games (Legend of Kage / Gate of Doom) in the last round that didn't make it since I got outscored. If this score for 1943 sticks either one of those would be fine.

Just under the 72 hour deadline. I think I can beat that score though

Through saving and reloading (and practicing one stupid skateboard section interminably) I was able to make it to level 8 one time. My score sucked ass and I quickly realized that it was impossible for me to complete the level with only 8 seconds of bonus time. I'm wondering if there is even a level 9

You win, I can't beat that. My can kicking strategy (and not going for passing the levels) can only go so far I guess. I was able to do 113k, but that's my max

Here's my insurance... if you beat it, you're a better man than me. My hand started cramping just for this score.

Mordred, what level did you get to in Motos? 9 is brutal.

I can tell you he got well past 10 because that's where I was with 24,900. I only got to 10 a couple of times and I didn't have enough power ups left, so I got clobbered fast.

Well, until you wake up and realize you can use more than 1 power up per level.

Snap Jack, if this holds.

Yeah, that's kinda the trick

Fortunately I've been holding this high score in reserve since the 27th:

Sorry about the crappy screen shot, but I'm fairly positive I died on the same level you did.

For the life of me, I couldn't even come close to that 52K, and then I realized a nice trick. Since when you die, you don't lose your powerups, you can use them all on one level and kill all but one enemy (like 12 or 13... the one with the two giant things that you can barely push around) and then die before the level ends, then use the bare minimum you need to finish the level and you still have the power ups for later. Costs a life, but definitely worth it. Maybe this was obvious to you... but I must have lucked out before.

Well here's one he'll like:

I had another game where my high score was 58k and I died on the same level. What was weird was as I died, the last two guys fell off the edge on their own. I would have finally gotten to see level 15 if I'd just not fallen in my own hole.

You guys must be going insane playing Motos this many times. It takes long enough to get to level ten and it gets so repetitive when you have to start over.

I'm glad I'm sitting out of that game
