Logitech Wireless Controllers -- Gameplay Problems?
I'm wondering if anyone else is finding some problems in gameplay using the Logitech Wireless controllers. I use my PS2 one most of the time that I play on that system, but lately I've found that it isn't working that well for some games. Specifically, I discovered that there were early segments of both God Of War and Jak 3 that were just about impossible using the wireless controller (rapid button tapping in GoW and some racing elements in Jak). Both were easily passed when I switched to a wired first party controller. Anyone else experience this?

I have no problem with the 2 that I use regualarly. I recommend them to everyone looking for a wireless controller. Although from I believe spilling something on one I have to take it back because the x button sticks. The only complaint i have sometimes that is not my fault is that there is a lot of interference where I live (not just the controller), and when it loses sync which is rare but happens I can't get it back I usually have to reset. But this only happens in the beginning of a game never when i started playing.

I did switch out batteries. I don't know, I've always been a big fan of these controllers, but I was thinking maybe there's just not quite as responsive as the wired one. Anyway, I'll still use them most of the time.
And also a big
to Logitech's customer support. Yes, they put me on hold forever (thank God it was a local call for me in Vegas), but when I got through, they were very helpful. My Xbox controller had a sticky button. Their solution -- they sent me a new one (it's a silver EA one, but still a very acceptable result). That's service.

I have one for XBOX, and one for PS2. I've never had an issue with either one. Both are still on their first set of batteries. I played through Jak 3 without any problems.

I love mine (PS2) but I will admit it's a slight bit lesser than the official Sony one. My X button sticks as well.
Thankfully next-gen we'll have all first party wireless controllers.

Other than ocassional signal interference (actually rather rare), my controller works fine. The only real problem I had was when it stopped going into standby when not in use. This really killed the batteries. I called Logitech and they sent me a new one. They also let me keep the old one which is cool because it works just fine except for the standby issue. So I keep it on hand in case anyone wants to play a game with me I can just pop in some fresh batteries in it and take them out when we're done.

I have problems with the sensitivity of the shoulder buttons, especially on Xbox: I think it's ok, but when I go back to the normal controller, it's obvious that the control is much tighter with the wired ones. Also, the bottom button on each controller is getting stuck, and even taking it apart, I can't find an easy way to clean it out...
