PS3 Controller Question

I think, the controller is pretty neat. However, I'm sure a third party company will come up with other designs once the PS3 is released. However, I've been keeping up the PS3 latest news but can't seem to find any info about, if it will have any vibrating or motion features to be implemented.

I remember reading about Sony not being able to sell dualshocks anymore due to patent infringement or something,so i wouldn't count on vibrating features for the PS3 controller.

The only information we have on the controller is that it will use use Blue Tooth for wireless connectivity. Besides that, everything is speculation.

Vibration is a battery eatter for wireless controls. I expect there to be some sort of vibration, but not as detailed as in the DualShock.

as well, you can use it to kill kangaroos if you're stuck in the outback. I see Paul Hogan being signed as spokesman.

It can knock out bad guys if you throw it at them and you can use it to easily scale tall buildings.

I actually doubt that the controllers are finalized yet. Sony loves their styling and is just trying to make sure we don't forget about them while we're getting ready for the 360 launch... besides, how long would they last before Jack Thompson heard somewhere that they were used as a sex toy and had the things banned? :P

They're silly looking and if there's no new buttons or functions then I think Sony should just stick with the old design.

Can it lock onto multiple targets and retrieve a bunch of items at once?

You never know until you try it, but that thing looks mighty uncomfortable. The nice thing about it is, though...

When you get mad at a game and throw the controller, it will come back to you.
