Is anyone else's EGM MIA?

I think I read some posts a couple of weeks ago referring to the new EGM. I can't remember the last issue I received, but I think the current cover story is on portable gaming.

When did you guys get the latest issue?

A few months ago, my subscription just stopped. I emailed them and after telling me that I must have moved (WTF?), they restarted it. Now I'm worried that it's happened again.

August 2005 for me, which would make me behind. I'm in the same boat, had it restarted not too long ago.

Same here. They might have switched my subscription to the electronic version because I have been getting that.

Me, too.

You might want to check on your subscription on their website. For no apparent reason, they suspended my subscription last winter. Then when I wrote to complain, they gave me a digital subscription instead. Yuck. I've straightened everything out now and am good until 2010.

Sounds like it's starting to trickle in. Maybe I just don't remember the August issue and it seems like it's been forever since I received one.

long time, no mag... I don't mind though, but I kinda wish Gamepro would stop coming.

Me too, they even sent me renewal offers last year, I didn't respond and didn't get any issues for a couple months and they started up again.

Guess they have to keep their circulation numbers up for advertisers some how.

We did a double move this spring, and EGM kinda lost track of us there for a bit, but those slapasses at Gamepro kept finding us. Kinda like a mangy stray dog that you hope can't find you when you move across the country, but then it shows up on your doorstop after what was probably a very Disney-esqu trek across the country to find you.

I sent EGM an email the other day, but do I think I should call too? Should I mention the slapasses at Gamepro?

Coming home and seeing a magazine sticking out of the mailbox only to get closer and find that it's a Gamepro is alot like going to the doctor's office where the only magazines to read are Highlights and Vogue and you see a magazine sticking out of the stack that might be a Car and Driver or something, but you pull it out and it's a Yachting or some stupid glider magazine.
