That GT4 pic is of a non-interactive part. I don't think it counts. Most of the others are cut scenes. they also don't count.

They are all be rendered in real time on the hardware. That isn't CG, those are graphics the PS2 is producing. How doesn't that count as a way to show what the PS2 is capable of doing?
