XBOX Hi Def
Hey guy's
I have a 55in Mistubishi WS Hi Def Projection TV. Do I need anything special to hook up the XBoX? |
An XBox Hi-Def connection pack.
|
Don't forget to connect it via component connection and go to the x box dash board when you plug in the hi def pack, and enable 720p etc.
|
Pray that it works ;) http://dvdtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=413956

get the xbox HD pack, then after it is hooked up like that go into your settings and set it up for widescreen, with 480p,720p, and 1080i on if your tv can support all those, other wise just put the 480p on. then when you're in your dash board hold down both triggers and then push in on both thumbsticks and it puts your dashboard into HD running at 480p. have fun.
|
I doubt it will support 720p. I have a 55" MITS TV also. Make sure you plug the cable into the DTV input if you want to get 1080i. I think only a few games use it though....

wlj It is just for the dashboard. Do it once (not every time you boot up) and the dashboard is set to HD. You don't need to do this for gaming. |
