Ooh, deadline's tonight at 11:59 EDT! For some reason, I was thinking it was Saturday. Tough decision: file taxes or play MAME?

Hopefully Professor Frink will show up to pick a new game. Since we have two weeks now, I guess I can just go ahead and post the new thread on time and hope he notices.

Sorry if I'm sniping you D300. I would've tried yesterday, but my computer was making scary noises. Just turned out to be a fan that was on the fritz. I never liked Defender when I was a kid anyway.

Still 3 hours left.

In honor of the worst day for the stock market in two years, I'm going to pick Wall St.

C'mon devilshalo and Professor Frink, we only have two games to play currently! I'm giving up on Crazy Balloon. I finally got past level 10, only to find out you have to do it again on level 12.

Added a new rule: If the winner doesn't pick a new game before the new thread starts, we will continue to play that game until someone else wins or the winner returns to choose a game. If a new game isn't chosen after 3 days, then the person with the next highest score gets the pick.

Go beat the score, because I don't want to hear you complain that Defender is too hard on a keyboard.

Damn it! This is like Tube-It all over again. Congratulations, but you're kidding yourself if you think I'm ever going to play this game again in my lifetime

MAME Challenge #35 is officially over. Gonna get started on seting up for the next one now.

Currently the games are:
Defender
1942
Rush N Attack
and Splatterhouse continues

I can't say that I'm not proud of myself I died so early on my last posted score. That should've been my winner

Yeah, I thought you would post again and win since you died on only 2-2.

I think I got 180,000 bonus points on stage 1-2, which I wasn't able to pull off again. I might try again for the free for all in a week or so. I put in over 6 hours on this game over the last two weeks. That's enough!

That's the good thing with this challenge, we're playing games we normally wouldn't spend a quarter on because of the competition. There's no way I would have played Lady Bug if it wasn't for the competition that devilshalo was giving me.

I guess I need to choose another title. I don't know what's already been done, so I'll list a few to choose from:

Elevator Action
Dr. Mario
Klax
