No, but you should consider buying a dictionary instead. Then you should look into whether or not there is some sort of software available that limits your ability to overuse punctuation marks.

And don't spam the board with multiple threads asking the exact same question.

Well, the network adapter by itself is 40 bucks... which seems like a rip-off now that all new PS2s come with one. The Logitech headset is 30, though if you can find an old Socom 1 or 2, a headset comes with those (unfortunately, for some reason my socom headset doesn't work with Karaoke revolution, so I'm not sure if they changed something).

Although PS2 online is mainly free, IMHO the interface doesn't compare with Xbox Live, and most older games are pretty much dead. If there's a new game that you just bought that is online enabled, then I say go for it, otherwise, what's the point?

No you shouldn't buy one because you'd be in here every week asking how to plug the cord in or something.

GO and get a used nic for ~$25. A mic is about $30. Its well worth it if you have a game that is active. ....socom2 for example always has 20k-30k people playing.

I like mine a lot. Just don't expect an XBOX Live experience. It is very different, less features, and no "dashboard".
