You just design a cross 3 blocks across and 3 blocks down of one color and the adjacent blocks have to be the other color. It took me quite a few trys to figure it out, but it is pretty simple once you see what you are suppose to do. Later designs like the dog are tougher.

The different colors. Really, puzzle mode is pretty easy. Just match the shape given with one color only. That is it, oh and make sure the adjacent colors are different. I've cleared the first 23 levels of puzzle mode and it has become my favorite way to play the game.

I'm stuck on clear 20 blocks at once. Haven't figured out that one yet.

I don't know if there are any movies, but see if this helps. You need to use these 2 pieces: (send any other pieces way off to the side).

Code:
piece A) 00
           0X

piece B) 0X
           X0
First drop piece A down in the middle of the field. Then drop piece B on top of piece A, but shifted one space over to the left. You'll end up with this:
Code:
              X
              0
             000
             X0X
And that's all there is to it.

Man I am stuck on the 26th Puzzle Big square. You have to make a square five blocks long on each side without using any of the same color in the middle. That is impossible of course because as soon as you try to build the top the inside blocks vanish. My guess is you have to build the base and sides and then quickly put on the top before the time line gets there. However, I have yet to get both blocks needed to pull this off since they have to be back to back. One of the toughest things about puzzle mode is most of the time the bricks are random, it takes as much luck as skill to pass the levels.

Still my favorite mode though and I will figure it out eventually.

Never mind, figured it out. Did require getting two good ones in a row and beating the time line though. Finished the first puzzle mode and unlocked the 45 Degrees skin and the X2 puzzles. Same puzzles but you have to do each thing twice. Yikes.

I'm stuck there too. You can't just use 2 solid color blocks, as that would only make a 2x4 block. You need 4 solid color blocks, I suppose.

This is another tough one. You will need to build the bottom and sides of a 4X4 block of one color. You will then need two good blocks in a row to finish it with since you will have to get both in place before the time line gets there.

right after i posted i kept at it for about a hour. finally got by doing the exact same strategy except that i was lucky that i got a solid block color then the one where they're side by side. i'm currently on the arrow to the left.

I'm stuck on the clear all puzzle. Am I supposed to have no blocks on the screen? The scrolling description seems to indicate that.

I used an alternate strategy to beat this level today. I'll spoilerize it, just in case:

Spoiler:

First, make a shape like this: (the dashes are blank spaces to get the formatting to line up)

X---X
X---X
XOOX
XXXX

Then you only need one of these:

XX
OO

followed by one block all of a single color (X in this case). Drop in the first piece so the Os are touching. After the first sweep of the time line, the Os go away and the Xs drop into place. Then you just have to drop a solid X block in there before the next sweep. This way gives you a little more time to work with.
