How's "Grand Theft Auto Advance"?

Thinking of getting an engrossing game that isn't too difficult, but will keep me interested and not be boring. I know it is top down view and all that. I only played and little of Vice City and liked it. This one seems like a lot of driving which I am not sure I am key on.

Is this easy to pick up and play anythime? Won't be too hard and get frustrating?

I'm not great with games and usually need help, but mostly like fun, action, and violence never hurts.

Thanks for thoughts.

I've never even heard of it before. It's on PS2?

I bought this and its just like the original PSone versions of GTA. In my opinion its terrible, but I never liked the top down versions of GTA. I sold it within a couple of days of buying it. I wouldn't recommend it.

Having only played the top down GTAs I would say this is the best.
The amount of playability in this little cartridge is amazing.
THe open ended gameplay with different missions available for different vehicles
ambulances, cop cars, taxis etc..make this the best top down GTA yet. Also a control scheme that has the cars control seperate from that when you exit a vehicle is a big improvement. I recommend this game wholeheartedly it can get a little difficult on certain missions, but nothing as hard as GTA 2
The graphics and exspansive maps make this a must own IMO.
