I still stand by original thoughts. I hope this is the Star Wars strategy game I can enjoy. I am all for a no resource collecting style, but it still needs to be balanced just right.

you didn't like Rebellion? I'm hoping this game will feature a similar galaxy-wide scale, but maybe focus more on space and ground combat.

Rebellion had its moments, but it didn't have any staying power with me. I just felt it overall played too slow for what I wanted and so after a couple games, I quickly lost interest.

Its going to be hard for me to like this game. I was overwhelmed with what I thought was going to be a C&C like game, Star Wars Rebellion. Then I was disinfranchised by the resource hog of an offering called "Force Commander". I was really excited about Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds however. It found it to be somewhat enjoyable, but I was disappointed with the use of the space units. I'll wait on this one until the price point drops to $25 or less.
