My friend's have convinced me to get Unreal Tournament 2004 (the play online every Tuesday and Friday)... but since the kids will be asleep when we play I would like to get a headset so that I don't wake them with the noise. That and they always play vs. Bots so that we'll act as a team, talking back and forth.

Plus I'd like to use it for voice chatting and things like that.

Any recommendations? (I'd like to keep it around $30.)
