What Xbox games are Co-op on Live?

Is there a list that shows what games you can play co-op on live?

2 people on one xbox playing live.

I am not aware of a list, but that would be a good idea. The ones I know are:

MechAssault
Crimson Skies
Halo 2

and I think the newly released Ghost Recon 2.

mmmmmm...I think we may have different definitions of co-op.

I thought that most people would define co-op as 2 people playing together against the computer.

In that definition, there are no games that apply.

But if you just mean that a second player can play on your screen sharing your Live account, then the above list seems like a good start.

Im talking about 2 people on the same console/same screen going online to play on one live account.

many games are co-op but not live. LOTR series is one.

I might be wrong, but I think most Live enabled games allow you to bring a guest.

Halo 2 allows 3 guests, but you can only play in custom games. You can't use the matchmaking or play in clan games.

Nope NOT HALO2! Do you think after 3 years Bungie would include that? C'mon! DAMN IT!! That was going to be so much fun too!

Again, we're confusing the definition of co-op.

I sooo wish that Halo 1/2 was co-op over live or even system link, but it is not, despite the option for it in the system link game setup screen. Aaargh!!!

Yes, Halo 2, according to what the original poster is asking for. When I hear co-op, I think the same thing as you (and man I wish Halo 2 had it), but the original poster is asking for, as stated in a second post, games that support multiple people on one Xbox playing on Live at the same time, with 1 Live account. Versus playing over Live, along with a person on a different Xbox with their own Live account, operating in a cooperative manner instead of head to head or adversarial. Based on those conditions, and the games listed here already:

Games that support multiple people on 1 Xbox, all playing on Live at the same time:

MechAssault - 2 players
Crimson Skies - 2 players
Halo 2 - 4 players
Project Gotham Racing 2 - 2? players
Ghost Recon 2 - 4 players

Games that support cooperative play over Live but on mutiple Xbox units:

Full Spectrum Warrior
Rainbow Six 3 games
Ghost Recon Games

The other games listed, AFAIK, are Live enabled, but not in a cooperative fashion (please correct me if I'm wrong about that).

EDIT - updated info for Ghost Recon 2 with info found on another forum
