Evil Genius, how to get scientist?
My evil genius isn't evil enough to figure out how to get scientist. I think I have torture somebody but I can't seem to find the person to torture.

They're on the world map somewhere. You have to plot in the different regions to find them. I'm pretty sure there is one in the US somewhere, but can't remember if he's in the midwest or west coast.
