I just found this bit of news on a new feature that was dropped by Gates in a interview. I always wanted a spectator mode to watch other gamers play on-line.

I'm not a huge sports fan but I've bought some of the recent 20.00 ESPN games cause my buddies play them. I've said a number of times I would enjoy watching good people play these games cause I suck so bad. I kinda think this would be fun but it's not really a feature that would sell a game or a system....but I think it would be fun to see.

This woud be kinda cool if you could watch the game at any time, say jump in with 1 minute left in a tied game. I'd hate to get stuck and be forced to watch a whole game.

Or maybe have a scoreboard mode, where you can see which games look exciting, and jump back and forth between games. Sort of like what I do with the Sunday ticket package and the red zone indicators they use on the scoreboards.
