hm... i don't know why you guys think xbox seems to have the most bad games. to me, they all have a crapload of bad games.

i think 90% suck on gba and ps2. about 75% on the gc and xbox (only b/c there are just less games).

The first Nightcaster wasn't too bad. Not great, but not terrible either. The sequel however, was undeniably terrible.

no science. just my opinion. out of the thousands of gba and ps2 games, i probably only like 30. so i'm being generous w/ the 90%.

you can not like games you have played, but if you haven't played it all you can say is that you aren't interested in it - you can't know whether a game is good or not until you play through it. *shrug*. whatever you like... sheesh - you get all technical over what I said, why not apply that technical approach to the percentages?

Going to have to disagree with you on Timesplitters 2. Granted i had it on the Cube not the Xbox so if there was a difference in them i apologize, but it was a blast to play multiplayer. Granted, it wasn't Halo with the vehicles and as much strategy but it had so many different game types and characters it was fun multiplayer mayhem style gameplay.

Turok: Evolution is that bad? Gamespot.com gave it a decent review.

The Xbox has some of the worst games, but unlike the PS2 and Gamecube, it doesn't have anything that's truly worth buying the system for. That's just my opinion. I own an Xbox but i get tons more enjoyment out of my GC and PS2.

Different strokes really because i never bought a PS2 because nothing really leapt out at me as a most own and i started out this generation with a Gamecube. I ended up selling it and getting an Xbox when KOTOR came out because i found myself really scrounging trying to find something new and decent to play on the GC. Granted some of the games did fill tons of my time, Animal Crossing in particular was a blast, but until Warioware there was nothing that i was sad i was missing out not getting to play by not owning a Cube. With Xbox Live in the mix i was feeling left out of many good games.

But like always, everyone likes different things and that is the joy of different systems filling different niches. I would kill for a decent puzzle game for the Xbox for instance.... especially when Puyo Pop Fever went exclusive for the Cube in the US.
