Punch Out! Tyson or Super Macho Man
Inspired by a Tyson thread in the Sports Forum . The thread somehow got into the discussion of who was the more difficult opponent. Tyson or Super Macho Man. Some even said Sandman was. Which kind of surprised me, as I have always thought Tyson was BITCH to beat whereas SMM was easy. Thought I would make this a poll and let it decide overall!

I voted Tyson.
But Toolboy, you should be ashamed of yourself. As a longtime Otter you should know that Twikoff is the last option in every poll.
If twikoff were an option, I would've voted for him in a heartbeat cuz he floats like a buttefly and stings like a bee

Although I didn't find either of them too hard (I'm sure they'd both kick my ass if I tried to play the game now), I voted for SMM. I remember being able to TKO Tyson in the first round, but SMM always took 2-3 before he would stay down.

Tyson was rather simple... you just had to dodge his punches for the 1st 90 seconds and then he was no tougher than most of the other guys.
SMM gave me the most trouble.

007-373-5963 it's sad I still know that... Knocking Tyson down for the first time was the happiest moment I remember from my childhod. Which is also sad.

Super Macho Man was the most difficult. That spinny punch got me alot, especially when you didn't know how many times he'd spin.
Tyson was easy. Make it through the first minute 30 and it's smooth sailing.

Yep, 1st round. No BS. Unless I was KO'ing him, and not TKO (it was a long time ago). My friends used to hate me cause I could beat him in one round. I played that game to death back in the day. I doubt I could do it now (unless I had a ton of practice first) but back then it was easy after fighting him for a few months non stop. I remember I even knew the password to get to him by heart cause I fought him so much.
Edit: Here's that password 007 373 5963

Mr. Sandman. Tyson and Macho Man were easy.
I don't believe you can TKO or KO ike Tyson in the first round. You can't get in enough punches (you can hit him twice between each of his super punches in the first 90 seconds, but thats not nearly enough to hurt him for 3 knockdowns, let alone KO him.

Why does everyone doubt me so much?? Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm pretty sure it was a KO, and not a TKO. With the right combo of super punches I got him down in one round, and I could do it every time I fought him. If I still had a NES I'd start playing again, so I could record it and show you.

Well it says RockNES has a great GUI, so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Download that one http://www.zophar.net/Files/rocknesx20f.zip
Then you gotta go find the roms for Punch Out. Just doing a search for "nes punchout roms" on google gave me results.
