GTA San Andreas Screen shots

Not much but I'm slowly getting excited looks like maybe it will be mid 90's or present day time for the "Ghetto style" shooting.

I wonder if that last pic is supposed to remind people of T-Bone (I forget if that's his name) in Friday,

That was Deebo and it would kick "hella" ass if there was character like that in the game

I hope I'll be able to run away from the SWAT on a lowrider bike. It'd be cool if they fit an earthquake into the plot too.

So I take it this is a mix of L.A. and S.F.

Those screens remind me of True Crime.

What?! People still care about this game after that Halo 2 and Zelda footage? (j/k)

Seriously, how many suburban white internet dorks do you suspect will whine about the hip-hop style this game is obviously going for? How many, how many? God, that's going to be great.

Mad props to the bike, you better be able to ride one!

I don't think you realize how many suburban white boys listen to hip-hop.

I was getting skeptical if Vice City could be topped. I still am, but those screens look great.

And is that Warren G in the second pic?

Cool, a bike. Hopefully you can bust out some Matt Hoffman-style tricks while gunning down ganstas with an uzi. That would totally sweer.

You do realize, all their screenshots for GTA are done on a PC, at high resolution. Since they are using Renderware, they can easily accomplish that.

Oh, trust me.. I KNOW. But, they aren't posting on an online forum about video games.

Hmm.. makes sense. I was suspect of how good the trees in the background looked.

Well yeah, we know it's going to look just like Vice City (sans neon). New engine won't be until the PS3 probably.

Looks sweet. I can live with a more revised version of the GTA3 graphics engine. Can't wait to see what sick stuff they've added to this one. Some online action would be cool.

I hope they make some updates to the gameplay to keep it fresh, that is my only concern. I got the Double Pack for Xbox, and by the time I was starting Vice City, I was bored. The screens look cool though, I hope the main character has corn-rows....

I typically wait for the $20.00 price tag but I consider this a must buy and worth every penny of the $44.99 I am paying via ebgames.com. Ordered this awhile back when they had 10% off and free shipping.

These are the only games I've paid full price for... (in recent memory)

I'm not expecting to be blown away by the graphics engine, but that's never been the reason for GTA's popularity anyway. I take it you start out as some low level thug and rise to GANGSTA!?! I'd like to see a "Training Day" type storyline...!

I don't think anyone saw that bicycle coming...

With the west coast hip hop theme, I think this game will easily surpass the previous GTA games in terms of sales.

I have no idea what that means, but I'm not into hip-hop/gansta stuff.

I'd have to agree with this. The commercials for "True Crime" test my tolerance as it is..

however, my enjoyment of Vice City was so great, i'd be willing to give this a shot before being totally disgusted with it..
