Okay going to E3 this week can anyone recommend any stores in the L.A. area that stock import videogames?

Japan Video Games in San Gabriel in a shopping center @ 710 W Las Tunas DR. near the San Gabriel Mission. I always recommend it because of their import selection & their prices are damn near close to what NCSX charges for their stuff with shipping. I mean they mostly stock Japanese titles. If people walk in and seriously want US games, there's a Gamestop and a Game Crazy just west on Main St.

If Jim's there, tell him Paul & Andy sent ya... If you're wondering how far this is from the Convention Center, I'd say roughly 8-10 mi. eastbound on I-10 exiting Del Mar, making a left on Las Tunas. On the corner of Las Tunas & Mission

Well, in terms of selection for game systems in general, or if you want to see an all-around, all systems supported store, check out Game Dude in North Hollywood. It's gonna be NW of the Convention Center. Take 101 North to the 170 North, exiting Sherman Way East, at the corner of Laurel Canyon and Sherman Way

Never bought any import games. Are there any import games that are must buys and won't be released in the US, especially for the gamecube?

There are a few shooters that wont be coming stateside, one of them is a Star Soldier collection. There is also a Bonk collection, DreamMix (a semi-smash bros clone that features Simon Belmont, Optimus Prime, Master Higgins, and Snake from Metal Gear among others) also the Twin Snakes import had a bonus disc that we didnt, and if you cant wait for a relase date here in the U.S there is the Nintendo Puzzle Collection.

eh... yeah, i did remember that store while i posted the previous two however I really haven't been in there for years. If you're just going to browse around don't mind the uber-gamers that are at the screens inside. They're just OK. The times I do go in there, I usually find some deals. I found Japanese Import versions of the 2 Capcom VS SNK for the Dreamcast for $25 (bought them at separate times though).
