What happened with the lawsuit with that hardware site? Is it still going on? Last I heard the Phantom people made good on their threats and sued them, but haven't heard how things turned out.

Well, its actually just a gutted PC with a Phantom logo on it.

I thought they announced they were going to debut at UGE last year, which never got off the ground. Speaking of which are there any plans for UGE to happen this year?

This thing will never hit market. The old spec sheet read like it was just basically a PC in a fancy box.

Without the support of a major corporation, it's impossible to launch a console nowadays. We're not in the Nintendo/Sega/Atari 80's anymore.

Perhaps this is Sega's big announcement! HAHAHAHAHA
