PS2 is a decent controller? Sorry, I always hated the Left and Right buttons in fighting games. I sacrafice either middle or short punch because of it. Give me a controller with six buttons on the face and I'll be happy.

Hmmm I think it's a decent controller....pretty good actually. The L & R don't bother me in fighting games because I got used to playing Street Fighter games on the SNES controller which also used the L & R buttons.

I hate the L & R buttons as well. Have hated shoulder buttons ever since the SNES. Terrible concept IMO.
But anything is better than the DC contoller (other than maybe the original X-box controller).
By the way, isn't there supposed to be some kind of SF anniversary set coming with nearly every game on it?

Third strike was also not on the SNES.. which the topic currently was focused on in regards to contollers.
But if you will. Ryu, Ken, Alex. take your pick, they can leave your bar empty at the end of two rounds.

History has already proven that it only takes two so it is indeed FACT.

I would hope they might rework Third Strike to incorporate the graphics that were abandoned after Double Impact. The sprites were probably 30% bigger and better looking. Not like I'll buy it when I already have it for the DC, though.

Actually I do now since I found out you could use a PS controller on the DC but I can wait for the PS2 version to be released.
