From what I've read, no not at all. It supposedly consists of moving the mouse around the screen until the cursor hanges color. Click the mouse, then repeat at a new location. There are five cases that can be completed in half hour to an hour each.

That pretty much explains it in spades. You find evidence by rolling your mouse over the room, then use different equipment to uncover and "collect" it. Then ask witnesses questions from a list. Then you go back to the room and look for more evidence. Talk to the witnesses again. Then your partner for the case (you work with one of the CSIs on each) solves the crime. Then Grissom grades you. Overall, a pretty lame exerience.

Not sure how the Miami game differs, if at all. Hopefully, there's a mini-game where you see if you can beat Horatio's number for taking off and putting on you sunglasses in an hour.
