I was thinking about getting this game for my Fiance I want to know if it is any good.

Unless you are marrying a dude, you'd probably want to get this game for your Fiancée instead.

Is the game any good?

I picked up the GBA version, and it's pretty fun so far!

The console game got such bad reviews, and I stayed away from that one.
Shame, as I was really looking forward to it!

I played the demo a few months ago. The demo version was pretty fun. Alot of elements from the 2600 game are included and there's some puzzle solving. I haven't yet played the full version so I'm not sure how the game is overall. If I had to compare it to a game that's out now I'd say it's alot like Ape Escape.

Hopefully not the one in charge. Apparently the dialogue is the worst part of the game.

I may pick this up once it hits $15 for the nostalgic bits. And maybe someday I'll actually beat Pitfall (Atari 2600 version).

Scripting doesn't neccesarily have to do with dialogue.

So, back on topic, have any of us actually picked up this game yet? The reviews seem fairly decent, but range from 5.7 to 8.9, wish I knew which ones to believe.

I think I speak for most everyone here when I say:

"I'll wait for a price drop"

I bought the game on Monday I haven't played it yet but I watched my Fiancée play. The game seems to be a lot of fun. The graphics are pretty good. I think I might have to play through it once she's done.

I'll pick this up eventually for $10.
