Is "Sonic Heros" WORTH a Purchase?

Thanks for the correction. Getting sleepy here.

I own a Gamecube and was wondering if Sonic Heros is worth the purchase? I heard good and bad things about it. Good - being the graphics and level design. Bad - being the camera angles and kiddie voice acting. I also seem to work around the bad camera angles so that won't be a problem for me.

Is it worth a purchase?

Would you recommend it?

From the demo it didn't seem any different from any of the previous incarnations except they seem to have taken away the wandering around and focus more on the action.

I would wait until the inevitable price drop at least to $30. They seem to hold at thirty for awhile.

Sonic Heroes was good. I only played the first three levels but I enjoyed it. If you really liked Sonic Adventure then you'll appreciate Heroes. I'm going to wait for a price drop to purchase though. Give Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg a try too (multiplayer is chaotic and fun).

Yeah, I enjoyed the others on the Dreamcast but shyed away when they came out on the Gamecube (guess they weren't that great).

I played the demo and thought it was pretty good but then when the reviews started to come out everyone was giving negative comments about it. I thought maybe in the demo you play the best two levels in the game and the rest of the game sucks. My mind always works like that.

Thanks for your point of view.

I've been tempted to give this one a go but always turned away from it.
