If you are a Playstation Underground member, you might want to check your email, especially if you had beta tested before. I just got asked to beta test the RE online game.

when i went to the link in my email it said the beta test signup period had already ended.....very strange.

I sign up at about 12pm pacific time and it went thru.

Signed up around 3-3:30 EST...and it went through.

I signed up at noon central yesterday. Hopefully I'll get in.

I received the email today saying I got in. Says I'll get the Beta kit within 6 days.

Any reviews on this game so far?

Let's just say I haven't had any fun playing the past 2 days and leave it at that for now. Beta ends Feb. 6th.

What was in the kit?

Same here, no fun and quite fustrating.

It was quite difficult at first, but once you figure out what you have to do it's pretty easy. It's kinda funny trying to communicate to other players just by calling their name over and over. But once u know what to do and beat it, I don't see a lot of replay value in this.

Just the disc in a paper sleeve and an incomplete copied manual that is stapled together.

hmmm, from all other reviews as well it seems this once "must buy" is now a "try before u buy"?

Someone elaborate, I didn't get in the demo.

I actually watched a 21 minute video of some level. It seemed interesting but kinda weird with everyone running around. However whoever were playing were really good and were working together so it was kinda cool. I love Resident Evil so I'll probably rent this at least if its really that much not fun.
