Anybody else having problems running desert combat???

For some reason everytime i try to play it runs like crap on my system. Every other game i have runs fine no problems. I have tried to reinstall it but it doesn't seem to matter.

My system i think has enough to run it.

Yeah Skip, I was running a one gig pro, with a Ti 4200, and 512 ram. Desert combat would lag, sometimes even freeze. I thought it was mostly due to my low pro. speed. However I updated my computer and brought my pro. speed up to 2.5 GHZ. After playing DC for only a few minutes all these problems still exist.

I'm guessing that DC is still very buggy, even after 6 updates. EA really needs to consider taking this mod and making it commercial. After Vietnam of course....

By the way, are you interested in playing BF42 sometime? I've been looking for other otters to team up with, maybe start a clan.

I think everyone has that same issue to some extent on DC. Your specs are close to mine and the same issues can happen here.
I have been able to connect to a few servers that seem to handle it better, though. They don't seem as bad as others. I wonder if the desert combat mod has server side lag and other issues.
