Penny Arcade: Best of Year Four

This was a tough year to pick just ten. None the less, I did my best to find the funniest Penny Arcade comics. Please vote for the comic you think is the best in the poll. The winner of each year will go to the finals to determine the best Penny Arcade comic. This poll will close in 7 days.

And as always, no thread crapping!

Year One: Halo? Very, Very Sexy

Year Two: Shenmue: Wow

Year Three: The Hitting

"May Not Be Spelled Correctly" is my All-Time favoriite. I was just starting to play Star Fox Adventures when that one was released.

Oh my God.. this is EASILY the worst of the worst.

Are any of those even about video games?!

The Starfox one might've been funny if I was 12 and still giggled at the word "****"..

"Now You Know" is very funny though.. the little light in this mess.

PS: Not a thread crap, but my honest opinion on this batch, and I voted on the ONE I did like.

Well...

Consider the Source is about Star Wars: Rogue Leader

Ursine Adventures is about the Xbox controller

Son of a True Story is about Warcraft III

May Not Be Spelled Correctly is about Star Fox (as you pointed out)

and Now You Know is about BMXXX

That claw shrimp one was awful. I voted for the Star Fox one.

"Wow" is also about the Lithtech engine.

I changed my mind...

"I have no comment" is the worst of the bunch. It makes claw shrimp funny as hell.

"Now You Know" was actually pretty funny.

Nothing else was though.

Ursine adventures is the winner for me.. something about a bear being considered smaller than the xbox controller cracks me up most times I read it. The star wars and bmxxx ones were pretty funny also.

I liked several of these. I had trouble choosing a 'good' one in the year 3 batch.

"May Not Be Spelled Correctly" is pretty damned funny if you've ever played Star Fox Adventures.

Tough choice, I liked them all.

Now You Know was great. Although I like the clawshrimp one too for personal reasons, that one makes me laugh. But having played Star Fox Adventures, May Not Be Spelled correctly is the winner for me .

As an aside, this really deserves its own thread but there are a bunch of PA threads already and it is PA related so I thought I'd post this here. PA regulars probably already know about it but for those that don't, the guys at PA have been doing a children's toy drive for the Seattle Childrens Hospital called Child's Play. They actually started this before thanksgiving and word has been spreading. They're almost up to $100,000 in toy donations! I think thats really cool. They have lots of pictures at the site. They had a link to a news story that was on TV somewhere too. The funny thing about this is that with all the language (that we can't even post some of the comics here) in their comics and journal, little kids shouldn't be reading PA, but its still pretty neat they're doing this.

I went ahead and voted for Activate. I have some many comics on this list that I truely love (including Claw Shrimp) that it pains me I can't vote for.

Ok, i'm the lone No Comment vote - but i had to give some credit to the birth of the Cardboard Tube Samurai storyline. This one was rought to vote on because i loved Ursine Adventures, Claw Shrimp, and Wow as well.

I think these should be a poll with the checkboxes so you can pick multiple ones

I was going to vote for "I Have No Comment" until I realized "I Have No Comment" was an actual strip and not an opinion of the comic itself.
