All 6 of my orders came today. They packaged each game in a giant box, so all 6 were piled so high they were as tall as me. It was pretty funny.

And am I the only one who ordered T-shirts? Two T-shirts for $5 can't be beat! I really wish I'd ordered more than I did...

Yuri's Revenge for PC shows up as backordered, its the only thing missing from what i ordered. But they show it as available for purchase elsewhere on the site.

Oh well, I'll live. This was a smoking deal.

I called but it was pretty useless. It wont hurt though. Submit an online request since they ahd more pertinent feedback.

Don't get Yuri's Revenge, which is only the expansion pack. The Red Alert Red Storm has both the original Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge packaged in one, which is what I got.

Easily the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I have ever experienced. The gentleman I spoke with was fine, it's however the fact they have a bunch of monkeys sitting around looking at the website that any of us can check out to see our Order Status. There is no direct phone number to update account information and check into changing an order and so on.

I gave the gentleman my order numbers, and he simply just confirmed they were In Process. He couldn't get me any more information.

Thanks to those who tried to find the number for me. I do appreciate it.

EAStore.com CS Number - 1-866-543-5435 - Press 4 at the prompt.

I've come up with an interesting theory after reading this thread and talking to my UPS driver.
I received my 5 boxes the other day, and was talking with him about how silly it seems for EA to have sent me 5 games in 5 separate boxes, each box large enough to hold 10 or so games. He said that sometimes companies do that on purpose, because they get volume discounts with UPS and have to ship a certain amount to get to stay at their contracted discount level.
So maybe, just maybe, these coupons were made stackable on purpose. EA maybe needed to ship 50,000 or whatever boxes before the end of the year, so they purposely created this 'bargain' to get enough orders to get their multimillion (?) dollar discount.
Just a theory.......

Everybody wins except for the UPS guy who has to deliver all the boxes, but then again, the UPS guy can get rid of a lot of packages at one stop.

I got that same email for the same game. Must be they figured out the problem and honored those that were in stock but those pre-orders they cancelled.

Now I don't feel so bad about not pre-ordering that new Harry Potter game.
