Yea...nothing that great, besides for Max Payne 2 if you didn't buy that yet. Of course...i'll be up at 7am working at EB to hold back the rush of early birds who can't wait to grab Crazy Taxi for $10!

An observation:

How is it we can have BF video game deals posted for SIX vendors, but have NOTHING posted for DVD deals? Not to mention this is DVDTalk.com?!?

(This is a rage against the B&M store's ad policies, not against rvd1083 or anyone else contributing to the above list; which BTW kinda blows this year)

My guess would be because this is Video Game talk and not DVD bargains?

You seem to miss his point.
Black Friday deals are not to be posted for DVD's prior to the release of any "Black Friday" ads. When they are posted, they are immediately removed by a forum moderator when discovered.
On the other hand, videogames (for whatever reason) are not as "sensitive" as movies and are often left posted for everyone to see.

Clarification on the Target:

Don't the first 500 people get a 10% of coupon? That X-Box bundle looks pretty interesting@ $162.

Besides the games, what does it include?

The Electronics Boutique $59.99 SP with trade-in of working GBA has been going on for awhile now. You don't need to wait until Friday to do it. Edit: Actually, it's $69.99. They have a $10 coupon in their flyer that you use to get it down to $59.99. I decided to forego the mall on Black Friday instead and picked up a platinum SP.

Attention Corporations:

Games that are $49.99 are not considered "deals."

Carry on.

Wasn't there a deal at EBGames or Gamestop that you get $10 extra per trade in with some exclusions? (i.e. sports games)

I don't think it was extra, I think it was total. So like if you had a game worth $5, it'd be worth a total of $10 not $15.

Agreed. It'll be a good 4 day weekend to catch up on games and DVDs that I've already bought.

Just back from EB and was handed a flyer for the BF sale and a big catalog. THere are quite a few games in the BF book that were cheaper, Goblin Commander $29.99 GC is one I remember, $29.99 for Lowrider also, and there were quite a few more. There was also a coupon in the big catalog for $10 GC with purchase of 2 Player's Choice Gamecube games...I wonder if you could use thing in conjunction with the 2/25$ deal?

CompUSA had a deal that looked potentially really good - buy Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy for the PC or Xbox and get Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast free.

Problem is, they make it seem like it's a PC or Xbox bundle, but regardless what version of Jedi Academy you buy, you only get Jedi Outcast for the PC free. So that deal isn't all that great.

FYI...

BTW They didn't mention it here, but at Best Buy, you can get either this wireless PS2 controller

or this PS2 steering wheel

for $19.99 each. I picked up the wireless controller and used a $5 coupon as well. It may not be great, but for fifteen bucks for a wireless controller, I figured it was (almost) worth waiting in that line for.
